The mechanism of innovative activities marketing as the multilevel system which has two vectors of orientation is developed. The vector of innovative potential provides the necessary level of innovative activities and the vector of innovative activities corresponds to enterprise ability of conducting development, production and introduction of innovations in accordance with market demands. The managerial actions to improve forms and methods of information technologies application in marketing innovative activities as well as technical approach to the assessment of the innovative activities copetitiveness of corporate enterprises are proposed.
