Osetynska G. The Legal Protection of the Consumers' Rights in the Ukrainian Civil Law.

The dissertation presents a comprehensive research on important matters of consumers' rights protection in the provision of services both theoretical and law-enforcement background. The research covers the general fundamentals and methods of consumers' rights protection in the provision of services. Also the range of parties to consumer relations is circumscribed, as are the elements of consumers' rights protection mechanism and the peculiarities of civil responsibility in this sphere. The certain types of consumer contracts (retail purchase, domestic lease, turnkey, provision of services) were analyzed. Based on the results of the in-depth analysis the proposals on the legal regulation improvement are defined to implement additional guarantees of consumers' rights protection in the provision of services.
