It was possible to reveal homeostasis characteristic infringements of parameters and on this basis to develop a technique of definition of operational-anesthesiological risk (OAR) degree depending on heaviness of CNS affection. Use of adequate anesthesia and complex pathogenetic proved therapy has allowed to reduce twice stay on AVL (artificial ventilation of lungs) the given contingent of patients and also quantity of chronic bronchial lung and neurologic complications to 30% to reduce lethality up to 29 %.
