Essay

An object is the study of influencing of therapy on the indexes of lipidic exchange, peroxide oxidation of lipids and antioxidant system. Purpose - to improve the results of medical treatment of children in the critical states conditioned by severe pneumonias, by development of complex method of pathogenetic therapy, taking into account the state of lipidic exchange and antioxidant system. Methods are clinical, biochemical, laboratorial, instrumental, and statistical. Results - the method of intravenous and inhalation therapy of "Lipin" is developed, expedience of the use of liposome therapy is proved, especially at patients with the expressed weight of the state with estimation on the SOFA scale more than 7 marks, which allowed to promote clinical efficiency of medical treatment of children in the critical states conditioned by severe community - acquired pneumonias, to make time of presence shorter from 7,7±0,6 deys to 5,8±0,7 deys. Novelty - the diagnostic value is first set on indexes of peroxideoxidation of lipids, antioxidant system and lipidic exchange for determination of degree of expressed of pathological process at children in the critical states conditioned by severe community - acquired pneumonias; intercommunication between the indexes of peroxide oxidation of lipids, antioxidant system and lipidic exchange is exposed, and also stress hormones, dependence of pathological changes in these systems depending of the state of patients is set; it is developed pathogenetic grounded method of medical treatment of patients in the critical states conditioned by severe community - acquired pneumonias by phosphor-lipidic preparation with antioxidant function, with estimation of influence on indexes peroxide oxidation of lipids, antioxidant system and lipidic exchange.
