Bobko V. Rise of productivity of a resource potential in agrarian sector of the region

Object of research: a resource potential of agricultural enterprises. Purpose: the development of theoretic - methodical bases of creation rational and highly effective resource potential. Methods: dialectic, abstract - logical, monographic, economy-statistical, econometric. Results: the state, mechanism of creation and usage of a resource potential in agricultural firms is researched; the strategy of creation, effective use, and also halving of a resource potential of agricultural firms with allowance of their specialization in conditions of stable development is proposed; the approaches to definition of common features and differences of resource, economical and industrial potentials are defined, and also the authoring interpretation of the above mentioned terms is offered. Innovation. First: the state, mechanism of creation and usage of a resource potential in agricultural firms at a regional level is researched; reserves and paths of rise of efficiency of its usage in conditions of the market are defined; on the basis of the system economy - mathematical models the strategy of creation, effective use, and also halving of a resource potential of agricultural firms is proposed in view of their specialization. Is supplemented and is improved: theoretic - methodical basis and concrete definition of concept of a resource potential as a fundamentals of the extended development; the approaches to definition of common features and differences of resource, economical and industrial potentials, and also the authoring treatment of the terms is proposed; a technique of definition of productivity of a resource potential through usage of metrics resources. Has received further development: necessity of keeping quantitatively - quality relations of permanent assets, labor and land resources in a resource potential through construction of the balanced models of their usage.
