Bogoyavlenska Y. The management formation at telecommunication enterprises: praxeological basements

Object of research – telecommunication enterprises’ managerial processes in a context of personnel management and praxeological bases’ use to increase of its efficiency. The aim of the investigation is development of methodical and practical approaches of management formation at the telecommunication enterprises, directed on increase of efficiency of their activity, in a praxeology context. In the process of investigation the following methods were applied: abstract-logical, monographic, logical-constructive method, analyze, generalization, structurization, formalization, statistics-economics methods, research, supervision, testing, interviewing, economic-mathematical methods of modelling. Scientific results: the author's definition of the praxeological approach to formation of effective management and the new own concepts of the praxeological approach, praxeological model of motivation, model of human action, praxeological model of enterprises’ management was worked out for the first time; the conceptual and terminological apparatus of the praxeological bases of management formation and a management system at the telecommunication enterprises on the basis of the praxeological approach application were improved. Both the theoretical and the methodical principles of the praxeological bases of management formation as well as the substantiation of quantitatively-qualitative definiteness of praxeological bases have received further development. The author’s recommendations, conclusions and propositions were used by Zhytomyr regional state administration (the information №844/01 of 26.04.2006), by Zhytomyr Filial (ZF) of JSO “Ukrtelecom” (the information №21-01-01/292 оf 27.04.2006), by Zhytomyr Directorate USEPS “Ukrposhta” (the information №01-318 оf 04.03.2006), ZF JSC “Ukrainian mobile communications” (the information №05-1011 оf 03.05.2006), ZF SE “Ukrainian state centre of radiofrequencies” (the information №22-02-14/462 оf 20.04.2006). Scientific treatments are used in the education process of ZF PHEI “European university” (the information №177 оf 19.04.2006).
