Khyaustova N. Treatment of patients with restricted sclerodermia taking into account functional state of vascular endothelium and lipid metabolism

There are new theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problem of increasing the effectiveness of therapy the patients with restricted sclerodermia (RSD) by using drugs normalizing lipid metabolism on the background of establishment of pathogenic role of disorders of function of vascular endothelium and lipid metabolism in dissertation. First was found the dysfunction of vascular endothelium by level of FW by contain of ICAM-1, the high level of risk for development of atherosclerosis, рhenotyping of dislipoproteinemia in the patients with RSD. Increase of content of total cholesterol, decrease of total phospholipids, increase of ratio TChSеr./TPhLеr. in membranes of erythrocytes in patients were found. of percentage content of phospholipids PhCh and PhE. There was developed the method of treatment of patients with RSD, application essential phospholipids, simvastatin.
