Essay

In the dissertation the author has estimated of functional state of endothelium and the markers of system inflammation as main ethiopathogenical factors of atherosclerosis The received data evidence about activation of system inflammation and intensification of endothelial dysfunction in IHD patients with stable angina, different risk factors depending on increase of number damaged CA and in case of clinical or angiographycal destabilization of process. Progress of endothelial dysfunction is accompanied by dysbalance of system inflammation markers. Use of carvedilol contributes to improvement of endothelial function in IHD patients in comparison with the initial state.
