Essay

The object of studies is technological processes of cold plastic form alteration; the aim of studies is the improvement of processes of cold form alteration with a brother mechanism of deformation providing the expected quality of finished products; methods of the studies are analytical, experimental, calculating; theoretical and practical results - technological processes of rolling a pair of pistonconrod of the axial-rotor pistonpump, development of internal spline profile by means of the method of "embracing" stretching are highlighted in the article; these processes are united by the brother-mechanism of deformation, i.e. compression deformation and tension deformation; it assists in the creation of a calculating device useful in evaluating the limits of form alteration of halffinished products and development of engineering calculation methodology concerning the impact of main parameter processes on the quality and technological heredity of finished products; the level of introduction - within theregion limits; the area of utilization - mechanical engineering.
