Mikhno S. Substantiation of indications and results of surgical treatment locus defeats of a thyroid gland

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of pressing question of endocrine surgery on improvement of the diagnostic and medical program at locus defeats of a thyroid gland. Work is based on the analysis of results of inspection and surgical treatment of 452 patients with locus defeats of a thyroid gland. The all-round analysis of results of surgical treatment locus pathologies of a thyroid gland in industrial region is lead. Established the basic factors of the etiopathogenesis of development locus defeats of a thyroid gland that their features interacting. It is proved, that application of the complex diagnostic program with use of clinical, instrumental, laboratory and morphological research leading predictors of locus defeats of a thyroid gland allows to improve essentially verification of the diagnosis at a pre-hospital stage to predict adequate surgical tactics. The proved diagnostic and medical program is mathematically determined at locus defeats of a thyroid gland with use of modern medical technologies. The surgical tools are developed and introduced for practical application, allowing to improve operative receptions at surgical interventions on a thyroid gland. The statistical analysis of efficiency suggested the diagnosed-medical program which promoted decrease on 15 % of quantity surgical interventions at locus defeats of a thyroid gland and on 10% of total of postoperative complications is lead.
