Maetnyy E. Open thoracoabdominal injuru (substantiation of standardized diagnosis and treatment tactics).

The thesis is devoted to solve the questions that contain information about thoracabdominal injury structure, standardized evaluation of the victim's condition and injury difficulty with relative clinical anatomic risk determination depending on anatomical injury localization. On the basis of studying and analyzing 128 cases of thoracabdominal injury the protocol scheme of the clinical organization decisions accepting for the victims with the open thoracabdominal injury was developed and introduced. The usage of this scheme in the Polytrauma Center of the Ukrainian SPC EMC and MC allowed us to provide the adequate evaluation of all the victims with the thoracabdominal injury, shorten the term of the specialized medical care and reduce the mortality from 16.45% to 11.62%.
