The features of blood inflow of extremities are studied at their chronic critical ischemia depending on central and peripheral blood circulation, state of the vegetative nervous system, main and collaterals blood stream, to prevalence of atherosclerotic process and stage of ischemia. On the basis of analysis of results of structural-hemodynamics changes at the chronic critical ischemia of lower extremities testimonies are certain for implementation of revascular of operative interferences. The role of internal iliac artery, deep artery of thigh and descending artery of knee is certain in revascularization of lower extremities. It is set that the best functional results take place after the use of combination of lines with unlines by revascular operations. For warning thrombosis and festering-inflammatory complications the complex of measures, in basis of which the decline of activity of vascular-mural mechanism of thrombogenesis lies by the satiation of fabric of vessels and area of anastomosis by solution of electrolyte silver and application of antimicrobic polymeric resolving materials for prevention of infecting of vascular anastomosis, transplants and strengthening of vascular stitches, is offered.
