Essay

The work is devoted to the investigation of demeging of liver and brain during the haemic hypoxia, caused by carbon monoxide and chronic hypoxia of closed space with the injection оf nitric oxide donators – L-arginine, glutargine and nitric oxide inhibitors – N-nitro-L-arginine, aminoguanidine and phenitoin. The haemic hypoxia, caused by carbon monoxide, characterised by increasing of the quantity of lipid peroxidation products in the liver and brain, accompanied with decreasing of nitric-anion level and depression activities of аntioxidant and mitochondrial systems (these effects are more expressive than effects of chronic hypoxia of closed space). The injection оf nitric oxide donators L-arginine and glutargine during haemic hypoxia, caused by carbon monoxide, and chronic hypoxia of closed space is accompanied with decreasing of the quantity of lipid peroxidation products in the liver and brain, with increasing of nitric-anion level and activities of аntioxidant enzymes and energy-supplying processesof mitochondrias.
