Issues of organization and efficient functioning of horticultural farms are studied in the thesis. The theoretical nature of horticultural farms functioning, peculiarities of their organization and indices of efficiency are specified. The main factors of organizational economic development and raising of the efficiency of horticultural farms functioning are defined. The model of a typical horticultural farm is suggested, the varietal composition of long-term plantings due to the purpose of production is substantiated.
