The dissertation is devoted to the research of scientific and applied tasks of maintenance of ecological safety of the food industry enterprises. The theoretical and methodological bases of ecological safety of the industrial enterprises and organizing-economic bases of its maintenance are formulated and proved in the dissertation. The recommendations for improvement of the organizing-economic mechanism of ecological policy of the enterprise are developed. The level of ecological safety of the enterprises of a food industry is analyzed. The estimation of a ecological and economic efficiency of industrial enterprise is carried out.
