Essay

The dissertation deals with the problem of clinical and hemodynamic peculiarities of different forms of chronic cor pulmonale (CCP). On the result of 110 CCP patients examination it has been established principal difference of two main forms of chronic cor pulmonale – pulmonary (as result of chronic obstructive lung disease) and vascular (as result of primary pulmonary hypertension) taking into account clinical manifestation of CCP, functional condition of patients, parameters of central hemodynamic, systolic and diastolic myocardial functions of the right and left ventricles. Usage of standart doppler-echocardiographic, 6-minute walking test, oxygen saturation and heart rate variability is identifying the role of pulmonary hypertension, extracardiac factors, hypoxy and infectious effect, myocardial dysfunction in genesis of two main forms of CCP.
