Scientific research depicts theoretical, practical and methodical aspects of working out the marketing strategy of milk processing and packing enterprises. The essence of the marketing strategy is investigated; the methods and devices of the research that determine the usage of the strategy for the development of milk processing and packing enterprises are substantiated. The marketing analysis of milk processing and packing field is made by means of the methods of strategic analysis. As a result, the dependence between product profitableness of an enterprise and market part, shares the production, is discovered. The methods of determining the competitiveness of the dairy production are recommended. The practical value of the research is in elaborating the conceptual approaches and principal direction as for the stimulation of the dairy enterprises for defining marketing strategies of milk processing and packing enterprises.
