Kozhevnikova V. Peculiarities of personality and behaviour changes of persons who were involved in different extreme events.

On the basis of research of emotional and personal characteristics, features of transformation and dissociation of value-semantic sphere and structure of psychological defense mechanisms, investigation of communication sphere and quality of life's autoperception specification on 112 persons (49 patients were under influence of non-professional psycho-traumatic factors, 63 persons were presented high risk degree professions) were defined the main personality's changes and social functioning's disorders, which create a "post-stress" pathopsychological symptoms' complex at persons who were involved in different extreme events. It is shown, that personality's disorders expression is predominantly related to the PTSD degree, as well as to nature and character of psycho-traumatic events. It is also defined the basic principles and approaches of victims' psychocorrection.
