Pisarenko G. Administrative services in Ukraine: organizational-legal aspects.

The author formulates the definition of administrative services as legal relationships which occurred during the realization of a physical or artificial person's (on their statement) equitable rights during the administration's public imperious activity for the certain result. The analysis of general theoretic problems and theoretic-legal principles of administrative services in Ukraine is realized in the dissertation, for the administrative services types classification signes defined and proofs produced; administrative services quality evaluation criteria defined; the matter of administrative services requiring payment determined. A concept and stages of realization are separately examined in relation to providing administrative services. Suggestions and recommendations are developed for the current legislation improvement which regulates providing administrative services.
