The work is dedicated to developing of ways of improvement quality of perinatal aid to women with recurrent miscarriage, that depends on antiphospholipid syndrome and genital herpes, hyperandrogenism, chronic genital sore. Depending on genesis, usage of regulators of neuro-mediatoric exchange by patients with HA, let us rich the renewal of reproduction system of 35,5% patients. Its was found out, that the main reason for the development of preeclampcia among patients with miscarriage is autoimmune process in the organism of mother, which was accompanied by considerable diseases of fetoplacental fettle, homeostasis indexes, that influence on the process of development and growth of the fetus. There was developed a prognostic program for specification of risks of appearance of late gestoses among pregnant with antiphospholipid syndrome on the ground of participation of autoimmune mechanisms, with specification of participation of AFA level and proportion of antibodies to ?2 ГП-1 in the formation of groups of high risk of preeclampcia development. Carrying out of perinatal audit is positively influence on the decrease of gynecological sickness rate, obstetric and perinatal complications, that let us to save reproductive health.
