Essay

The thesis focuses on the development and research of the methods metastatic bone leaks diagnostic by means of nuclear medicine and aims at improvement technical, information and algorithmic supply distributed bone-scanning systems. For reaching formulated aims the SPECT statistical simulator of generation is developed, with calculating all types of low-energy gamma-interactions. New efficient algorithm of calculation gamma-ray transport in collimator with the hexagonal holes is described. Maximal Group Criteria is developed to estimate the diagnostic waste by means of digital osteoscyntigram processing. By means of spectral analyze using of discrete cosine transformation for scyntigram compressing is describe. New specialized scyntigram compressing algorithm is developed and analyzed. On its base distributed image processing system is built.
