Essay

An effective method of growth for indoline alkaloids accelarate accumulation is two-step maintenance of strain K-27. The first step is the callus tissue growth upon its surface with 5S, and second step is submerged maintenance in Rzh media with some modifications. Devised method of two-step Rauwolfia serpentina callus tissue cultivating raises treble-quadruple of indoline alkaloids accumulation level on the early stage of growth and allow to curtail the term of callus tissue growing from 60-80 days to as few as 20-40 days, when 1,8% of the indoline alkaloids evaluated for dry biomass.
