Tecnogenic hazardous, that related with atmospheric air pollution, and their influences on a population. The establishment of atmospheric air contamination features on a territorial level and conformities to the law for development of hazardous substances influencing risk estimation methods at atmosphere pollution. Methods of researches: a statistical data analysis about atmosphere pollution and hazardous substances influencing; functional and thermodynamics analysis; mathematical, object-oriented and imitation modelling; conducting of calculable experiments; practical approbation of work results. The risks division functions theoretical analysis is carried out and the analysis of indexes, which characterize a contamination of atmospheric air hazard, are executed, statistical conformities to the atmosphere contamination law is set. Quantitative estimation of "dose-effect" dependence parameters are executed for the priorities hazardous substances. The hazardous substances influencing risk estimation methods are developed and the estimation of Donetsk, Makyivka and Mariupol cities atmosphere contamination risks is conducted. The results of researches are inculcated in project and supervisory organizations. A sphere of the use is the ecological environment monitoring systems and their providing.
