Krivoshey A. The Nervous System Disturbances in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (diagnosis, pathogenesis, treatment).

The dissertation deals with improvement of diagnostics and treatement of the central, peripheric and vegetative nervous systems disturbances of patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). The peculiarities of the course of neurolupus, parameters of electroencephalography, rheoencephalography, Doppler ultrasound extracranial and intracranial segments of brachycephalic arteries, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging of brain of patients with different course of SLE were established, the role of immune abnormalities, changes in cytocinous area, system of metabolism of nitric oxide and physical and chemical peculiarities of blood in pathogenesis of nervous system was determined, the factors which influence efficiency of treatment of neurologic pathology were established, the criteria which assist in prediction of courses of the central and peripheric nervous systems disturbances of the patients who suffer from SLE and efficiency of treatment measures were developed, expidiency of wage ofneurolupus therapy synthesis stimulator of nitric oxide was proved
