Popko V. Unification of the rules of private international law within the framework of the Hague Conference.

The thesis deals with researches in the field of unification activity of the Hague Conference on Private International Law, its theoretical and legal status, its practical activity and creating conventions. The author makes examinations on the genese of formation and developing this international organization, on the process of making decisions, on the content of main conventions in the sphere of civil procedure, family and succession relations. In the thesis is assessed the importance of participation Ukraine in creating and adopting conventions, with the purpose of leading Ukrainian legislation to world standards and making effective the realization of national interests by Ukraine
