Sharyi V. Anti-crisis technologies as the mechanism of carrying out the objectives of public administration

The object is the anti-crisis state management as the mechanism of carrying out the objectives of public administration. The objective is the scientific and theoretical justification of the conception of anti-crisis technology as the mechanism of carrying out the objectives of public administration in Ukraine and definition of the main ways of anti-crisis technoligies inculcation into crisis ukrainian society. The methods are systematic approach, analysis and synthesis, generalization, comparative-historical, theoretical analysis, social-historical analysis, economical, financial, comparative-juridical and statistical analysis, induction and deduction, expert evaluation, sociological interrogation. The newness is that for the first time the complex investigation of anti-crisis state management, accomplished in the transitory conditions of state building, changing of legislation of Ukraine, realization of main directions of social reforming, intentioned to european integration, has been done. The results are that the complex investigation of of the signes and factors of systematic crisis has been done for realization of the new state management anti-crisis technologies; the model of anti-crisis technology as the mechanism of carrying out the objectives of public administration in the conditions of it's transformation has been worked out.
