Ryabtseva Y. The Legal status of the arbitration managing director.

The dissertation is the independent completed scientific work, devoted to research of the status of the arbitration managing director at a stage of the order property, sanitations and liquidations. In this work general provisions of a legal status of the arbitration managing director, feature of a legal status of arbitration bankruptcy operating in legal proceedings are considered and analysed on the basis of normative-legal certificates of Ukraine and scientific views of experts. The special attention is given to a general characteristic of institute of bankruptcy, definition of the general requirements to the arbitration managing director, the order of licensing of its activity and studying of questions of the responsibility of arbitration bankruptcy operating in procedures. The current legislation of Ukraine adjusting insurance of activity of the arbitration managing director, and also adjusting questions payment work and payment of compensation of the arbitration managing director is allocated andanalysed. The significant attention in the dissertation is allocated to development of offers concerning improvement of legal regulation of activity of the arbitration managing director. Result of research became entering offers concerning changes and additions in the current legislation of Ukraine.
