Essay

For the first time inn dissertation conceptions of communicative society, informational society, society built on information and knowledge which appeared in the end of XX - early XIX centuries analyzing with theories of post-industrial society. Dissertation is one of the first works in Ukrainian political science, which studies the phenomena of informational power: defines its conception, structure, specialties of political influence, its part in democratization of modern society and correlation with another form of power nowadays. Special attention is payed to stadeing of social and legal organization of informational power namely state, private and public broadcasting. The guidelines based on synthesizing of democratic states' experience for formation and developments of informational power in modern Ukraine, strengthening its influence the democratization of Ukrainian society are made. Idea, that informational power is the factor of society's democratization in case of being based on democratic maxims, is proved.
