Gulik T. Improvement of mechanism of restructuring of enterprises of a coal industry

The dissertation implements the ways of improvement of coal mines restructurization mechanism on the basis of accounting their economical reliability and rationalism of natural resources usage, tendencies of change of natural and technological factors, and also the usage of economical-mathematical modelling. The dissertation identifies the essence of restructurisation, improves the factors clas-sification, that affect the emergence of crisis situation in the mine and methods of restruc-turisation. The dissertation shows the reason for using the multi-criteria optimization while forming the program of restructurization develops the economical-mathematical model, which is based on using the proposed original complex criterion of direction choosing for restructurization. The model has been tested on DP "Dobropillyavugillya" The dissertation has proposed the complex criterion, which allows to evaluate the in-vestment attractiveness of the mine and to determine its rating not only from the point of view ofits economical reliability, but also evaluating the ecological factor.
