Gerasymova I. Estimation and ways of increasing of work efficiency at coal companies

Theoretical, methodical and practical basics of work efficiency at coal mines are developed. System of an integral and partial indices of work efficiency is offered and approbated for the first time. Factor classification and work efficiency are substantiated, mechanisms of their influence on an integral and partial indices are detected. Laws of influence of most important factors are revealed, economical and mathematical models are constructed whose analysis has allowed to establish optimal gradations and parameters of factors to take their into account in estimation of intraproductive reserves. Work efficiency reserves revelation and realization methodic is developed. Criteria function with corresponding limits are offered for selection of the optimal innovation option. PC use is envisaged, an appropriate software is written and approbated. The methodic is considered and approved by executives of the coal companies "Pavlogradugol", "Dobropolyeugol" and recommended for use at mines.
