Rusinova O. Organizational and economic mechanism of management of innovation activity expenses of enterprises

Object of research managerial processes by innovational activity of the enterprises. The purpose of research is development of the concept of the organizational - economic mechanism of cost management of innovational activity of the enterprises and the methods of its realization directed on increase of efficiency of innovations and achievement of competitive advantages of the enterprises in the market. Methods - dialectic, methods of the analysis and synthesis, a method of substitutions, statistical methods, methods of modelling. Results: the concept of the organizational - economic mechanism of cost management on stages of life cycle of innovations is developed; the method of an estimation of charges of innovational activity of the enterprise is developed; organizational - economic methods of stimulation of innovational activity; model of warning cost management; methods of formation of charges on introduction of the innovational project; a technique of optimization of charges at formation of a package of innovational projects. Novelty: for the first time the concept of the organizational - economic mechanism of cost management on stages of life cycle of the innovations is developed, based on stage-by-stage optimization of charges on introduction of innovational projects which allows to raise general efficiency of management and to cut expenses on their realization; the method of an estimation of charges of innovational activity of the enterprise which is characterized by consecutive escalating of accuracy of calculations on a degree of receipt of the additional information concerning the certain innovational project is developed and takes into account strategy of development of potential of the enterprise, provides optimization of charges and by that promotes increase of efficiency of use of resources; have received the further development organizational - economic methods of stimulation of the innovational activity, the development directed on activization and introductions of innovations at the enterprises of Ukraine; model of warning cost management that enables the enterprises to cut expenses considerably at realization of the project; methods of formation of charges on introduction of the innovational project that allows to distribute financial resources on his realization are advanced; a technique of optimization of charges at formation of a package of innovational projects that provides decrease of the general charges on introduction of a package of innovations in comparison with the sum of individual charges on introduction of each of them.
