The main issues have been researched and proved such as the theoretical bases of development and reproduction of industrial means in agriculture, as well as core and characteristics of industrial means in particular, features of reproduction of indus-trial means in agrarian field, development of the market of technological means of the ground in agriculture. The analyses of maintenance, usage and reproduction of means of agrarian manufacture have been made.
