Essay

Dissertation covers the development of theoretical positions and high-quality and quantitative descriptions of relativistic effects influence on the accuracy of GPS-observations. It was offered for the first time to take into account relativistic effects, examining stage-by-stage the following: circulating motion of the Sun round Galaxy center – gravitation field of the Sun - circulating motion of the Earth round the Sun – circulating motion of the Earth round its own axis - gravitation field of the Earth – circulating motion of satellite round the Earth. Formulas for calculation corrections for relativistic effects, are derived, mathematical model of metrical tenzor is created and the components of which determine dogled space and time in uninertial system of computation and it is conducted multisided analyses of metrical tenzor components and made corrections of relativistic effects. Given scientific researches will give the possibility to inlet deflections of relativistic effects in GPS-observations, in methods of radiointerfering observations with overprolonded basics, and in global networks gained from long and space observations.
