Shandor F. Secularization as Object of Sociological Reflection

Dissertation is devoted to the research of the essence and changes of secularization as object of the sociology of religion, which are called by the dynamics of society processes in the contemporary societies under the influence of globalization. The author researches the establishment and development of theoretical point of view on the essence of secularization in accordance with social changes in the society in the context of mutual relations in religions with other basic social institutes - policies, economies, families and cultures. The tendencies of changes in the scope and content of interaction between these social institutes under the influence of secularization and expansion on this base of heuristic potential of the term "secularization" through the expansion of it on the research of interactions between all of social institutes as to the defence of them from aggression on the part of any social institutes have been studied.
