Pavelkiv V. Psychological means of correction of interpersonal relations among teenagers with aggressive behaviour.

The thesis is focused on the problem of psychological factors of aggressive behaviour among teenagers and ways of its correction under conditions of an educational institution. The empiric study of interpersonal relations of aggressive teenagers with their coevals led to the conclusion that teenagers' aggression is determined to a great extent by the system of deformed relations which manifect themself in a teenager's unfavourable position in his/her coevals' environment, in dissatisfaction with relations, in lack of mutuality, in low awareness and inadequate experience of relations, in their negative modality. The significant differences were detected between aggressive teenagers' ideas about their relations with coevals and their real status in the group. It is shown that the implementation of the program that is aimed to create productive developing environment for teenagers and offers psychodiagnostic, psychoprophylactic, developing and consultative work in the following system of interactions: "psychologist - teachers", "psychologist - teachers - parents", "psychologist - teachers - teenagers", facilitates to correct their deformed relations and, as a result of it, to reduce their aggressiveness.
