Evtushenko O. State management mеchanisms of price formation in health care sphere

Object of research - state management of public health services. The purpose of research - development of the conceptual approaches on formation of mechanisms of state management of pricing in system of public health services in conditions of reforming of branch, and also practical recommendations for pricing on paid medical services. Methods of research - analysis and synthesis; the comparative characteristics; economic and statistical. The practical significance of the received results is, that the development of the author are used at formation of the plans of socio economic development of Donetsk area for 2005-2006 years, in Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, in educational process of Donetsk state university of management. The scientific novelty of the received results is, that the conceptual approaches concerning mechanisms of management by financing of branch, which are based on multisector medical aid and base on such basic principles, as social equality, justice both solidarity at organization and granting of medical services in public health services, are offered for the first time. The mechanism of formation of strategy of state management of pricing in the market of medical services representing set of consecutive stages of introduction of multichannel system of financing of branch; the methodical approaches on pricing on paid medical services, which are granted by official bodies, are advanced. The mechanism of state price control in Ukraine providing delimitation of authorities of the central bodies of the executive authority, of executive bodies of urban councils in sphere of pricing; antimonopolistic price (tariffs) control to production of industrial purpose; declaration of the prices; laws and tendencies in sphere of policy of the state control and the price control, use have received them at formation of the price mechanism in Ukraine during transition of its economy to the market in a context of foreign experience have the further development.
