The object of study property as a cultural and historical phenomenon. Purpose the conceptuation of property as a cultural and historical phenomenon, analisis conditionality of cultural and historical relations of property. Methods - Phenomenological and comparative-historical. Theoretical Results and their novelty – first specificity of property as represent of culture discursive practices has been analized; it’s shown that property relations are formed as contradictory practices of subjects interrelations, which are formed during Interchange; the certain scale of values has been determined fundamental means of appropriation ethos has been found. Practical use – teaching of philosophia of culture and history of Culture acsdemic courses.
