Researching object is a theoretical-methodical and economical-organizational economics development process components for food subsystem of Ukrainian agro industrial complex by the example of fat-and-oil enterprises and fat-and-oil industry agroindustrial complex of Nikolaev region. The dissertation aid is define and substantiate for scientific recommendation and main strategic directions of increasing efficiencies fat-and-oil region industry, to develop scientific and practical arrangements for increasing efficiency mechanism improvement for fat-and-oil industry during modern intensification market environment in agroindustry economics. Researching methods are abstract and logics, monographic, computational and construct, comparison, economics and statistical, time series, сравнительный, trend, expert, statistical grouping, correlation and regress, economical and mathematical modeling method. Theoretical and practical researching results are: defined factor impact extent on fat-and-oil region industryefficient increasing; model BSC for oil-making plant "Resolve ltd." was developed; region oil refinery efficient improvements offers are ready for implementation. Scientific newness are: factors impact extent on efficiency improvement for oil refinery for present management stage defined for the first time; BSC model was developed for oil-making plant "Resolve ltd.", exact implementation recommendations were shown; modeling tools for optimal production for oil-making plants considerate market factors and depending of oil-making industry efficiency level were improved; theoretical and methodological approaches to increasing efficiency mechanism for oil refinery industry in modern market economics environment have got more improvements; increasing efficiency factors for oil-refinery industry in market environment were structurized and classified; increasing efficiency directions for oil-refinery region industry using intensive (including innovative and saving resources) and extensive development in market environment.
