The dissertation is devoted to problems of using of forensic expertise in investigation of criminal cases. Author determines primary aims of using of forensic expertise's results. In the work author widely covered problems of expert statement evalua-tion, such as problem of expert's research evaluation, problem of probable expert's conclusion, problem of detection of expert's mistakes and so on. Author also analyze purposes and tactical methods of using of forensic ex-pertise results in investigative acts in different phases of criminal investigation.
