Thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical questions of improvement of labor scientific management of Ukrainian MIA investigators and arrangement-law provisions for that. Peculiarities of development of theory and practice of labor scientific management in this country are under examination. The main directions of MIA investigations labor scientific management are defined. Some changes and amendments to present legislation are proposed.
