Koval O. Development of methods and means of resource saving in paper and board production from waste paper

It has been determined the conditions of waste use, separated of backwater treatment in production by use of chemical aids. The new methods of cation exchange of starch has been developed by means of urotropine, melamine, triethanolamine and epichlorhydrin for receiving effective strengthening aids that are increase formation paper and board. The interference of flocculants and fixing agents to formation process paper and board has been studied, was determined the conditions of increase paper machine output. The influence of different components compositions waste mass to the pollution level of backwater and wastewater has been determined, the efficiency of their clarifying by use of coagulants and flocculants. It has been determined the conditions of intensification and increase of the backwater treatment efficiency by methods such as sedimentation, filtration, flotation and magneto-sorption with the use of coagulants and flocculants.
