Volosovskij P. Tactics of conducting women with external genital an endometriosis and a syndrome chronic pelvic pains.

Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency of a painful syndrome and frequencies external genital an endometriosis at women of reproductive age after various variants of operative and conservative therapy on to basis of studying clinical-functional, psyhological and endocrinological features, and also development of the differentiated approach to hormonotherapy. The estimation of dynamics of a painful syndrome is lead at an external endometriosis on a background of hormonal therapy with use of visual - analog scales, functional parameters (quality of a life, personal and jet uneasiness) in a complex with the analysis electroencepalogramma and conditions of vegetative nervous system. The algorithm of inspection of patients of reproductive age with chronic pelvic pain, dysmenorrea, dyspareunia is developed and introduced, allowing in 98,4 % to reveal the reason of chronic painful sensations. Clinical efficiency of hormonal therapy is determined at an external endometriosis with a syndrome chronic pelvic pains and its influence on quality of a life of patients.
