Revaka V. The forms of the use of special knowledge in pre-trial investigation.

The thesis is a comprehensive research of the development of criminal-procedure legislation. The ways of perfection of criminal-procedure legislation are formulated in this work. The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and practical issues, the forms of the use of the special knowledge in pre-trial investigation. The theoretical issues of criminal procedure are researched in this work, the place of the specialist is determined in the system of the subjects of criminal trial; the essence of the use of the special knowledge in pre-trial investigation is exposed. The author has analyzed the position of the specialist in criminal procedure: it is recommended to introduce a new form of application of special knowledge in the process of investigation of crimes, to Criminal procedure code of Ukraine. The author thinks that it is necessary to add an article - "Investigation of crimes by a special group of investigators" to criminal procedure code of Ukraine. Basic directions of the optimization of the procedural activity of the specialist in criminal trial are proposed by the author. Concrete proposals in relation to the improvement of the criminal procedure code in force draft of a new criminal procedure code are formulated in this research.
