Melnyk A. Merchandising Estimation of Linen for Table-linen

The dissertation is devoted to the formation of characteristics, merchandising estimation of quality and development of new assortment of linen for table-linen. The methodological bases of characteristics' formation of table-linen fabrics are well-grounded in the given investigation. Basing on the comprehensive researches of wear resistance of linen for table-linen under repeated washing, their physical-mechanical and physicochemical parameters were studied. The new table-linen fabrics have got improved consumer properties. It is recommended for the enterprises of restaurant facilities in Rivne. The normative documentation for the new table-linen fabrics was developed and approved. The manufacturing application of the fabrics was carried out.
