Object is devoted to development of directions of effective development of co-operative forms of manage in the agrarian sector of economy. . Purpose: determined a socio-economic maintenance of co-operation, principles and features of stages of its development in an agrarian sphere. Methods: abstractly-logical, economic-statistical, questionnaire inquiring, correlation-regressive, monographic, analysis of dynamics rows, graphic, statistical groupings, empiric, expert estimations. Results: The modern level of economic efficiency of functioning of co-operative enterprises of the Dnepropetrovsk region depending on the level of material well-being is explored by the factors of production on the basis of marginal analysis is analysed. The intraeconomic relations of co-operative forms of manage are improved. Directions of vertical integration of agricultural commodity producers in the form of processing-sale, supply-sale and multifunction cooperative stores are proved. The structure of agricultural production cooperative store and his primary subsections are improved. Directions and priorities of development of co-operative forms of manage in the agrarian sector of economy are determined.
