Object of the study is processes of strategic management on enterprise, rendering building facilities. Objective of study is the most further development theoretical basis and practical recommendation on improvement of the mechanism of management, forming effective strategy. Methods of research are structured-logical, statistical and technical-economic analysis, matrix, graphic modelling, complex-target, system and economic and mathematical, expert, situational approach and observations. Theoretical and practical results: is it theoretically motivated new decision actual scientifically-applied problem of the shaping the efficient mechanism of the development to effective strategy by way of the introduction on enterprise managerial system on result, determinations to its essence, contents, place in structure of strategic management and procedures to its realization.
