The thesis is dedicated to problems of analysis of influencing of Gram-negative causative agents of chronic parodontitis lipopolysaccharides on functional activity of monocytes and lymphocytes of human blood. Thus have used bacteriological, immune, biochemical and experimental methods with realisation of the comparative factor analysis of the obtained digital outcomes. It was established dose-dependent and species-specific influence of Gram-negative bacteria lipopolysaccharides on cytokine-productive capacity of monocytes and lymphocytes of human blood, on cytophagous activity and apoptosis of monocytes, apoptosis of T- and B - lymphocytes. The outcomes of research are used in educational process of 2 departments of medical higher schools of Ukraine.
