Object: the process of exchange by innovation products and technologies at non-ferrous metallurgy enterprise. The purpose: the development of the approaches and the practical recommendation of the mechanisms of distribution of the new technologies at non-ferrous metallurgy enterprise. Results: the methodological approach to realization of complex estimation of influencing of factors of external environment on the base of the use of aggregate of methods of pair comparison and SWOT-analysis is first offered; methodical approaches to determination of basic directions to economic activity of the enterprises by transfer of technological innovation are improved; the organizational-economic mechanisms of process control of diffusion of innovations are improved: they must consist in the creation of private enterprises, which work on the principles of market economy; the differentiation of interpretations of notions the "distribution of innovation" and "diffusion of innovation" and also methodical approaches toauthentication of possible economic risks of commercialization of the newest technologies are got further development.
