The dissertation is devoted to a problem of reseach of constitutional right of the constitutional right on personal inviolability, its guarantee by the internal bodies of ukraine. The scientific and juridical sources are considered in this work, the ideas and the contents of the constitutional law on personal inviolability of the man are determined. The competitor formulated the definition of the analyzed constitutional law; showed the elements of its contests and gave their characters. The main signs of the rights of personal inviolability are considered. The conclusions about the understanding of the internal bodies activity are formulated, the principles, function, plenary power, forms and metods of the internal bodies activity are analyzed, the recommendations concerning improvement of the legislation and practice of divisions militias activity are given.
