Tseluyko M. Antiterrorist policy of a state as a factor of social stability.

The object is the means of state directed to secure of state social stability . The aim is to find out the efficiency of antiterrorist policy in a context of security of state social stability. The methods are the system approach, structurally and genetical, comparative, problem-chronological and historical methods. The work defines the essence of terrorism singling out its attributes and distinguishing the phenomenon from the adjacent ones; where on the basis of the latter there is suggested the definition of terrorism. The research has shown that the contemporary terrorism is sticking to a significant number of development trends and is taking on sings of a global phenomenon. The work describes antiterrorist policy and its main elements as well as modern approaches of the force methods that may be implemented in the struggle against terrorism. The spheres of use are training courses, working out and advancing of the ways of antiterrorist policy of Ukraine.
